Raised between the suburban rave and hip-hop scenes of Bari, in southern Italy and later shaped by Milan's nightlife, Sgamo has built an international reputation through bass-driven DJ sets, community-led projects and a deeply DIY approach. He pulls bass, club and baile funk into one sound built for the dancefloor, connecting global club cultures with the local scenes that shaped him.
He is the founder of wegoing.sound, the platform behind the first Rinse FM events in Milan and the Philippines and three Keep Hush showcases across Asia and Italy. His work sits at the intersection of underground club music, internet culture and community-driven curation, and he has become a go-to b2b partner in the scene, including a b3b with Lady Shaka and Yung Singh.
Constantly on tour across Europe, Asia, Australia and South America, he has played Fabric in London, Soap Seoul, Circus Tokyo and Razzmatazz in Barcelona, with festival appearances at Sziget, Clockenflap and Love Saves The Day. His sets have been supported by BBC Radio 1Xtra, NTS, Rinse, Mixmag, Rolling Stone and Billboard, and he has collaborated with brands including Nike, Pioneer, Carhartt WIP, Kappa, Havana Club and New Era.
That crossover between underground credibility and online reach has translated across social media, where clips from his sets have organically surpassed 10 million views in total. His collaboration with Jarreau Vandal became one of the most searched IDs of 2025, and viral clips of his edits have drawn support from Diplo, A-Trak & Fisher all the way to Orlando Bloom. Sgamo is bringing the underground to the forefront.
